About the role?
Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled AUDIT & COMPLIANCE OFFICER to join our AUDIT & COMPLIANCE department.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs specific to pitstop
- operations.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with company standards and
- regulations.
- Design and execute periodic internal audits of outlet operations, including inventory
- management, sales processes, and store procedures.
- Prepare detailed audit reports identifying gaps, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation of recommended
- changes.
- Create educational materials and resources to promote awareness of compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to outlet managers on compliance-related matters.
- Review and update standard operating procedures, guidelines, agreement etc as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and
- records.
- Monitor and assess the performance of implemented processes and make necessary
- adjustments.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and industry best
- practices.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all audit and compliance activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and risk areas.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in internal auditing, compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
