Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled SAFETY COORDINATOR (NON-EXECUTIVE) to join our CEO OFFICE department.
Key Responsibilities
- 1) Safety Compliance
- a) Ensure compliance with OSHA requirement.
- b) Conduct routine safety audits and inspections.
- c) Maintain and update safety documentation.
- d) Conduct safety induction and training for staff.
- e) Assist in incident investigations and reporting.
- 2) Risk Management
- a) Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
- b) Coordinate emergency response drills.
- c) Provide recommendations to improve safety measures.
- 3) Health & Safety Advocacy
- a) Promote safety culture through campaigns and programs.
- b) Collaborate with department heads to ensure safety standards.
- c) Engage with external parties to ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- Requirements
- • Possess OSH Yellow Book certification.
- • Diploma in Safety & Health or equivalent.
- • Experience in the Retail Industry is an added advantage.
- • Strong communication and organizational skills.
