About the role?
Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER to join our CEO OFFICE department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the calendars/schedules of the CEO and Directors, including organizing all appointments, internal and external meetings, and travel arrangements.
Facilitate meetings, including preparing meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes.
Follow up on matters agreed upon in meetings and liaise effectively with internal departments and external organizations on behalf of the CEO and Directors.
Prompt the CEO and Directors on impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, e.g., reports, presentations, conferences, projects.
Ensure that the CEO and Directors are well briefed and prepared for any engagements.
Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO and Directors.
Maintain a good filing system for smooth and quick information retrieval.
Classify and keep a record of all incoming and clearing of outgoing correspondence.
Prepare official correspondence, memorandum agendas, and external letters.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and organize internal and external events.
Any other relevant tasks or tasks assigned by the CEO and Directors, including assistance with personal matters.
Required to be available as and when needed.
Preferred Male for this role.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in secretary/business administration or a related field
Minimum 1 year of work experience as a secretary or personal assistant (PA)
Preferably male candidates
Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice would be an advantage
