Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled FIELD SALES INSTRUCTOR to join our NETDEV-B2W department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Description
  • 1. Sales Training & Development:
  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored to field sales professionals.
  • Provide on-the-ground coaching to improve selling techniques, negotiation skills, and customer handling.
  • Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and sales simulations.
  • Train new hires and upskill existing sales employees.
  • 2.Field Coaching & Performance Evaluation:
  • Accompany sales representatives on client visits to observe, mentor, and provide real-time feedback.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide personalized coaching to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure training impact and sales performance.
  • 3. Sales Strategy & Best Practices:
  • Teach advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with company sales processes and objectives.
  • 4.Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on sales team progress.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and sales managers to refine training programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales methodologies and industry’s best practices
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor in Business or any equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and field sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or retail sales.
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and territory management.
