About the role?
Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled SALES EXECUTIVE to join our NETDEV-B2W department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Activities:
o Actively promote and sell Astra products to workshops and corporate clients.
o Identify potential clients and initiate contact to establish new accounts.
o Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
o Willing to entertain customers outside working hours.
2. Business Development:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
o Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners, managers, and corporate decision-makers.
o Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
4. Reporting & Forecasting:
o Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
o Track sales performance against targets and develop plans to achieve them.
5. Product Knowledge:
o Stay updated on product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
o Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
o Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience:
o Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Other Requirements:
o Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
